• 27 Days – 15 days before – 50% cancellation
• With in 14 days – 100 % cancellation

Important Information

• Mandatory Local Payment for Entrances: INR 1000 per person.
• Mandatory Local Payment for Tipping Kitty: INR 2500 per person (applicable for groups of 6 passengers or more.
• Tipping kitty excludes the tipping for Tour manager or tour conductor. Recommended tipping for Tour leader / tour manager – INR 500 – INR 700 per person per day.
• Your retail pricing –To maintain consistency among all suppliers, your pricing on the tour should not be more 30% of our net pricing to you.
• Entrances and tipping kitty is tentative based on current charge and situation and are subject to change.
• Less than six pax on the group – If the group consists of less than six paying passengers, the tour will be operated exclusively for them, with a dedicated driver and local assistance. However, there will be no accompanying tour manager.
• Minimum Participants Requirement: The tour is guaranteed to operate with minimum 01 paying passenger. Cost is case of one passenger will be TWIN SHARE Cost plus Single room supplement.
• Weekly Updates: We will provide weekly updates on the number of guests booked for each departure.
• Partner and Direct Promotion: AVM will promote the tour to other B2B partners as well as directly to B2C customers.
• Discounts for Direct Bookings: AVM reserves the right to offer discounts on retail prices for direct B2C bookings.
